Sports Car Days - Terms & Conditions

Age Restriction: All drivers must be 25 to 65 of age. Licence Restrictions: All drivers must be in possession of a full licence valid for a minimum of 2 years. A maximum of 6 points for speeding accepted subject to insurance approval. Cancellation: Cancellation refunds are not allowed however, dates can be changed up to 60 days notice. No changes permitted after this period. Liability: Bespokes liability is limited to a refund of the hire charge. No consequential loss liability will be covered. Indemnity: Subject to receipt of a signed indemnity form confirming that the driver will indemnify Bespokes Classic Ltd against all fines, penalties & liabilities imposed on Bespokes Classic Ltd or arising in respect of any non compliance or contravention of any transport, traffic or other law or regulation, together with any costs or expenses relating thereto incurred by Bespokes Classic Ltd. The driver will also be responsible for any costs for repairs to tyres, wheels, clutch, gearbox that was sustained by them during the event due to misuse and abuse. Use of vehicle: The vehicles may not be used for any purposes for which they are not expressly designed and expressly for the purpose of the organised Sports Car Day event. No unauthorised drivers are permitted to drive the vehicle. Prices: Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however once an event has been booked and a deposit received, we will not alter the price for that event.
