Age Restrictions:
All drivers must be 30 to 65 of age.

Licence Restrictions:
All drivers must be in possession of a full licence valid for a minimum of 2 years. A maximum of 6 points for speeding accepted subject to insurance approval.

Booking & Cancellation:
We require a Booking Fee of £100, non-refundable upon cancellation. For cancellations 56 days (2 months) prior to the event - no refund will be made.

Liability:
Bespokes liability is limited to a refund of the hire charge. No consequential loss liability will be covered.

Excess Deposit:
Each participant is subject to an excess of £1000 which is authorised by your credit card on the day of the event. This excess is for payments towards:
a) As a security bond
b) Any mechanical damage which is not covered by our Insurers, eg. Tyres, wheels, clutch, gearbox and damage which was sustained during the event for misuse and abuse, excluding normal wear and tear.
c) As an insurance excess against any accidental damage or loss caused to the vehicles by a third party or the hirer. The hirer is liable for the first £1000 of any claim.

Use of Vehicle:
The vehicles may not be used for any purposes for which they are not expressly designed and must expressly be used for the purpose of the organised Ferrari Sports Car Day event. No unauthorised drivers are permitted to drive the vehicles.

Prices:
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however once an event has been booked and a deposit received, we will not alter the price for that event.
